Chính sách quyền riêng tư – GSound RTA

GSound RTA là app đo và phân tích âm thanh trên điện thoại do Green Sound Group phát hành (tác giả: Linh Bùi). Chính sách này áp dụng cho bản Android trên Google Play và bản iPhone trên App Store, nói rõ app dùng gì trên điện thoại và xử lý dữ liệu ra sao.

Tóm tắt: app không thu thập, không lưu và không gửi đi bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào. Âm thanh từ micro chỉ được phân tích ngay trên điện thoại, không ghi âm.

Quyền app sử dụng

App chỉ xin một quyền là micro, để đo âm thanh theo thời gian thực: đồng hồ dB, RTA, FFT, thác nước và dò tiếng hú.

App chỉ dùng micro khi đang mở trên màn hình, và tự tắt micro khi chuyển sang app khác.
App không dùng Internet: bản Android không có quyền truy cập Internet, bản iPhone không kết nối mạng.
App không xin quyền vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, camera hay bộ nhớ của máy.

Âm thanh từ micro

Âm thanh được phân tích ngay trên điện thoại, theo thời gian thực. App không ghi âm, không lưu âm thanh thành file và không gửi âm thanh đi bất cứ đâu. App cũng không có chức năng lưu hay chia sẻ kết quả đo.

Dữ liệu cá nhân

App không thu thập, không lưu và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân. App không cần tài khoản, không hỏi tên, số điện thoại hay email, và không có quảng cáo.

Cài đặt trong app

Các lựa chọn trong app (nguồn micro, độ nhạy, ngôn ngữ, mức hiệu chuẩn dB…) chỉ lưu trên điện thoại. Nếu máy bật sao lưu của Google hoặc iCloud, các cài đặt này có thể nằm trong bản sao lưu của chính máy đó, theo tài khoản của người dùng. Nhà phát triển không nhận được các cài đặt này. Gỡ app thì cài đặt trên máy bị xóa theo.

Quảng cáo, thống kê và dịch vụ bên thứ ba

App không có quảng cáo, không dùng dịch vụ thống kê, theo dõi hay báo lỗi nào của bên thứ ba, và không theo dõi người dùng qua các app hay trang web khác.

Google Play và App Store có thể gửi cho nhà phát triển báo cáo sự cố ẩn danh (loại máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, chỗ app bị lỗi) nếu người dùng đã cho phép chia sẻ dữ liệu chẩn đoán trong cài đặt máy. Phần này do Google và Apple thu thập, xử lý theo chính sách của họ.

Trẻ em

App không thu thập dữ liệu của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ em.

Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, bản mới được đăng tại trang này và ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang đổi theo. Nếu sau này app có thêm chức năng cần dùng dữ liệu (ví dụ lưu hoặc chia sẻ kết quả đo), chính sách sẽ được sửa trước khi bản app đó phát hành.

GSound RTA is a sound measurement and analysis app for phones, published by Green Sound Group (author: Linh Bùi). This policy covers the Android app on Google Play and the iPhone app on the App Store. It explains what the app uses on your phone and how data is handled.

Summary: the app does not collect, store or send any personal data. Microphone audio is analyzed on the phone only and is never recorded.

Permissions

The app asks for one permission only: the microphone, used to measure sound in real time (dB meter, RTA, FFT, waterfall and feedback detection).

The app uses the microphone only while it is on screen, and turns it off when you switch to another app.
The app does not use the internet: the Android app has no internet permission, and the iPhone app makes no network connections.
The app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or storage.

Microphone audio

Audio is analyzed on the phone in real time. The app does not record audio, does not save it to a file and does not send it anywhere. The app also has no feature to save or share measurement results.

Personal data

The app does not collect, store or share personal data. There is no account and no ads, and the app never asks for your name, phone number or email.

Settings

Your choices in the app (microphone source, sensitivity, language, dB calibration…) are stored on your phone only. If your phone's Google or iCloud backup is turned on, these settings may be included in that backup under your own account. The developer does not receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them from the phone.

Ads, analytics and third-party services

The app has no ads and uses no third-party analytics, tracking or crash reporting services. It does not track you across other apps or websites.

Google Play and the App Store may share anonymous crash reports (device model, OS version, where the app failed) with the developer if you have allowed diagnostics sharing in your phone settings. This data is collected and handled by Google and Apple under their own policies.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page and the date at the top will be updated. If a future version of the app adds a feature that uses data (for example saving or sharing measurements), this policy will be updated before that version is released.
